Dr Catherine Feher-Elston Speaks out Against Wolf Kllings

Until You Walk The Path, You Won’t Know Where it Goes is hosting author, archaeologist and animal activist , Dr Catherine Feher-Elston on March 15 at 1 pm eastern as she talks about renewed attacks on wolves, including wolf-killing hysteria taking over in Wisconsin.

Dr. Catherine Feher-Elston is an internationally-acclaimed author. An archaeologist and historian, she works extensively with environmental and indigenous rights issues. She wrote the Naturesong book series which includes Wolfsong: A Natural and Fabulous History of Wolves and the award-winning Ravensong: A Natural and Fabulous History of Ravens and Crows.

She has lived and worked among many of the world’s indigenous peoples, including Montana’s Northern Cheyenne, where she chaired the Chief Dull Knife College communications division and founded the Little Wolf Writing and History Center.

Her involvement with wolves started in the 1990s, when her work in journalism brought her to the Mogollon Rim country of Arizona and New Mexico. She covered Mexican wolf reintroduction. Among her interests is wildlife rehabilitation. As Fate dictated, a wolf cub with a defective liver came into her life. She cared for Mowgli for two years before his condition took his life. As a result, she wrote Wolfsong, in an effort to share the facts about wolves with the world. Research for Wolfsong included spending time in the Yellowstone Country.

Currently, Feher-Elston works in development for a Northern Rockies community. She works to support environmental sustainability, museum programs and historic preservation. She is the director of The Ravensong Group, an organization that supports the Endangered Species Act and the rule of law in the United States.

My photo

I have been describes  woman who has the courage to play with dragons.  I go where fools and angels fear to walk and have flourished.

Writer and Executive Producer, I love creating projects that not only entertain, but  help others remember how to feel and care about others.  My characters are those that others can easily relate to.  My plots are more than excuses for sex, violence and special effects.  They are stories, not  two hour infomercials to sell crap to kids.  I'm looking for those who wish to join me on this new adventure.Author and screenwriter, she takes others to magical realms of suspense and romance, while reminding them life without humor is a very sad place.
