True Diversity and Inclusion Creates Non-linear Characters

Gathering together individuals and talent-owned production companies, Kaleidoscope Film and Television proposes an updated version of the concept that created United Artists. Unlike during the creation of United Artists, when cast and crew were held under contract by the studios, today's talent are considered independent agents who are hired only for specific projects. In an attempt to control their careers and more fully benefit from their work, many A-list talents have created their own production companies. Structured like a cooperative, KFAT will unite these talented individuals and their companies under one roof. In doing so, it will create a diverse bank of talent that will be reflected on the screens and in the profitability of the projects the studio presents to audiences. website #diversityandinclusion #film #television #kaleidoscopefilmandtelevision #breakingstereotypes #TheresaChaze #LilyTomlin #janefonda #GoldieHawn #acressesover50 #JamieLeeCurtis
